Xbox live - Banned Now Working again ?

Guys, dont flame for this .. but just got off phone from my m8 and his m8 has reflashed his Hitachi 360 again this time with ixtreme latest fw and he is back on live ...

Anybody else giving this a try ???

Well my mate swears by it - would go and check myself but its about 80 miles away. But just wondering if somebody on here can prove this not to be the case. As my modded 360 is still on live abd going strong .. so I cant try it for myself.

I dont think its true .. but hey who knows for sure - like I said has anybody that was banned - reflashed to new Hitachi FW and now back on live ???

Well I just flashed and bricked my 47 drive!!!

Hopefully I can blag the 3 year warranty.....

u may find that the lad who modded the drive actually manage to fuck the flash and gave your mate another 360, wid the same HDD.... therefor a once "banned" 360 becomes in his mind a "act of god" 360

What FW/Drive model were you running TF? As I am like Drogo I never bothered with the new iExtreme and am still going strong touch wood

Hey m8 its really pissed all my mates off the fact that I am still on 5.2 and Samsung MS28 and still going strong - connect to live at least every day and pull down demos and run backups online still ...

I even tried Halo 3 beta when it was running and no ban still .. I have a 2nd box in case but for now I am amazed ... out of my mates in % 98 have been banned just 2 of us havent ...

As for my original post - I cant explain why my mate / mate says hes been unbanned like someone posted - maybe whoever flashed his box - swapped the inners ..

PS. Still going to sell my unmodded core with 20 gig hdd, to get an elite in August

PPS. My modded box still not banned - also has a hacked 120gig hdd on it .. may have to sell this box once I spray paint it gold on Ebay as the "Box M$ couldnt touch"
