    i didnt think he would stay that long after the takeover. i think the owners knew that too once they started doing things their own way.

    Much as I'm glad to see the back of Freddie I think he'll prove to be a hard act to follow - be interesting to see how next season starts thats for sure.

    I wounder how the ticket sales increase after this news, i know a LOT of people have done the same as Mobileman and not got a season ticked just because of Fat freddy.

    Now i am glad to see the back of him, and i now hope the new chairman does what he is supposed to do and support the manager in his decisions, and not get involved in transfers until its his time to do so (payment)

    However Freddy did get us some of our best players (and worst) and he was always a fan of the club, just a shame he was a money laundering c**t, would put £10mill in to get £20mill out.

    When Ashley took over he said that Freddy would stay for 2 years as chairman so he could pick up a few things off him, but i think with the recent police raids over fraud and probably after Ashley saw the way freddy ran the club, he wanted rid.

    Goodbye and Good Riddance!
