There was a time on this forum that any 1000th post thread etc was celebrated with a small prize of a trip down to the HOS.

How times have changed. (or have they !)

yes but that was because then, posts in the HOS didn`t count, and the member who was so proud of his 1,000th post, was suddenly confronted by a postcount of 999.
