You cant dude, just give the fucker -Fb that makes him look a complete knob.
You can contact ebay who can remove the text thats been printed if you both mutually agree to it

They don't remove the text, just the "negative" point. The text remains visible.
As far as I'm concerned on ebay, once feedback has been left, that is the end of the transaction. I will happily try my best to help a buyer if they contact me before but in my eyes, a feedback is left at the end of the transaction so that is that once they have done.

Unfortunately not. They will never completely remove feedback unless the actual text of it is in violation of their terms and conditions. The terms are things like swearing, personal defamation etc...

No mate if they mutually agree to it it will become a neutral feedback and the text will be removed and replaced by a generic 'this feedback was mutually withdrawn'.

What you can do is reply to the feedback left by him so when people see your feedback there will be his feedback and under that feedback can be a reply made by you explaining your side of the story. You can also contact him asking him to agree to mutually withdraw it or try contacting ebay, although the latter tends to be a lost cause.

To reply to it you go to your feedback page whilst logged in and there should be an option at the bottom of the page. This is the link.

    Hope this helps

i had a dutch aucion on ebay with 6 items and one fooker won them all then said send me the items and i wil send the money, of course i refused so he gave me neg feedback. well i was not happy and abused him in my feedback reply and ebay removed the neg feedback we left each other for breach of terms or summat so i still have 100%...

go on give it to him....

Why does "fat chance" and "slim chance" mean
    the same thing?

@ Escobar - Completely up to you mate, do what you need to. In the end of the day you are in the right.

Wakadoo you should have edited your other post rather than post 2 simultaneously, that will get you in trouble with staff if they see

If you do that be careful, there is then evidence fo you offering a refund.

I understand where you are coming from, i had somethign similare.

It is a bitch, but no way around it.

I would reply with Neg (unless left FB already) just add a reply noting

item sold exactly as described (XL not XXL) Neg FB totally unjustified.

If this is your first, or you have very few NFB then it will nto really effect you.

    Cheers.....Q

Yes, that's what I meant that it technically becomes neutral (ie, not -1 anymore).
However, they still leave the text there above the notice. See attached. (Random feedback from a seller to a buyer - don't know either of them).

iv told him il give a full refund if he agrees to remove the feedback, just see what happens now. i swear ebay are fuckin useless as it is "Even if you believe that you didn't deserve negative Feedback from another member (e.g. because you think it was left in retaliation), it's unlikely we'll remove it." they dont give a fuck all they care about is the money they are making out of you.

Yes it does appear to be all about the money to them!

A thuoght, why not set up a whole load of ebay accounts under blag names/addresses/using a proxy. Then if he ever puts any items up, bid, and leave him terrible feedback.

eBay are really pissing me off just now. I advertised an iPod and got about 30 "Questions for seller" from companies offering to sell me electronic goods.

Did eBay care? not one fecking bit. As long as they get their cut.....
