I'm stumped

For the last hour I've been trying to copy over a DLL file in to a program file.

I've changed permissions and I have full administrator access but I can't copy this file in to anywhere let alone a program file. Has anyone else had this problem and did you find a way round it?

I've looked in google without much success. needless to say I'm running Vista Home Premium.

I had to open Explorer in Administrator mode to copy the DLL’s. How do you do that? Hold Ctrl-Shift while clicking in Explorer or the Drive letter you are opening.
