NOW COMMING DOWN THE LIVING ROOM WALL (not much tho tbh)

tried tighening it etc but to be blunt I really need a plumber, does anyone know a good reliable plumber in my area.

Sounds like the seat or the washer maybe knackered. Have you tried local DIY places for a replacement kit? Dont need a plumber for that

really appreciate the posts Kraken but I`ve honestly no idea. I`m more than happy to pay to get it fixed.

like most lads who do work with their dad you dont actually learn anything apart from how to pass him

    3/8" open ender
    10 mm ring spanner
    1/2" ratchet scocket

etc etc, the buggers just want you there to pass the bloody tools for them

and to run to B&Q every 30 mins for the parts they forgot or broke lol

always the same fixing cars, spent 8 months rebuilding an old old K reg MG 1300 MK2

didnt learn a friggin thing lol

    cheers tho m8

If I were you I would go to your local plumbers merchant and ask them to recommend someone.

Then when they come round mention the recommendation.

If it falls on it's arse at least you can go back and tell them the guy is a cunt.

    Can't believe this but...

We needed a radiator moving and the first plumber we rang did it the same day! And he was fairly cheap AND he he did a neat and quick job. I'm still stunned. Sorry Bvon, I don't live anywhere near you.
