which software is used to put 20 hours long video on DVD?

I have forgot name as it is been a long time ago when I had this software which could author te dvd and I could put lots of DVDs together on a single VOB file, it was like make VCD first then put this mpg files, edit them and then author on one DVD?

If anyone know please let me know.
