    this landed in the garden today, done the best i could, dam i need a 105 badly

    A good effort Peter, but the limits of standard lenses can be easily found out.

    I reckon when you get the 105, you'll find a top-notch dragon shot then!.

    I quite like it, despite the technical problems, as an image it works quite well for me, almost abstract feeling about it, with nice colours throughout. Yep as a macro of a dragonfly, leaves a little to be desired, but i find the overall image quite pleasing.
