I found this on another website, but pretty sure someone can make use of it. Below i are the instruction, which are also in the rar file.

you will need prolific cable to be able to do this procedure


steps;

1. run eNfORcEr.exe
2. click enable
3. run UnlockF3.exe
4. click unlock
5. finish

prolific is an usb to serial cable, since the F3 needs serial communication

we tested the tool and it's not working, since this tool normaly need an servicedongle it's just a bad not working crack
