HDMI and the third heatsink.

Hi all.

Is it safe to assume (make an ass out of you and me) that a new retail 360 will now come with the third heatsink?

When is HDMI scheduled as standard, will it be after the Elite is launched?

Going to buy a Core, transfer all my totalled Premium extras, didn't know if it's worth holding out for HDMI, however the new heat conductor is a defo must!

I understand this a phased release ie slip it in nice and queitly ma'am! Anyone in the know?

i dont think theres any definate info as of yet but only the premium/elites are shipping with hdmi in america at the moment, its presumed that the HDMI models also come with the extra heatsink.

I think on a forum i read some where Hdmi ones will not have the new heatsink.. until later on in the year!!

yep, there's screenies of both the elite and premium with hdmi and no extra heat sink inside...still not worth waiting for, nothing special about hdmi really. If you are one of the few that even has a 1080p tv then it'll have a vga input anyway!

plus elite = can of back spray paint

That's really bad isn't it!

I'm really only after a heatsink fixed machine, have these been spotted in Core consoles yet then? I know that the Core has to be a lesser pack than the Prem/Elite but they should package them up with the fix.
