Default Outlook 2007 - Importing emails to a distribution list

    Hi,
Basically I have a list of emails in a text file and I have been asked to put them into a distribution list in outlook 2007.
I could of course manually enter them however there are quite a lot and it seems far more logical to be able to import them. I can't however find any option in outlook to do this!?

    Anyone help?

    hi,

You can import the text file in a table in access with a macro or vba.
With VBA you can import this table in outlouk (using the Outlook Object Model) and make a distribution list of it.

In outlook the number of contacts you can add to a distribution list is limited !

    Kind Regards.
