Help with card probs please

Been using funprom to programme my funcard for a while now but now i have the most annoying problem.
When i go to programme the card i keep getting the message
No device found at selected Lpt port!
i have Clicked system and Clicked NT Port Drivers rebooted and still getting same problem.
Any ideas anyone

does the programmer connect to a lpt port,
and not just ya com port.lpt is usually a printer port.

check ya setting again if have option to
choose com port 1 try that.

or try reinstalling software and drivers

No option with funprom,never had the problem before and the jabsplace proggy users the parrallel port,tried reinstalling the drivers for funprom and the proggy does not come with any,like i said been using this for a while with no probs m8.
Till now

try doing a windows restore m8
to when last u know it was working.

sumtimes it works
