I made a sand castle/sculpture of a crocodile while on holiday in Australia last year. I'll see if I can dig out the pic!

Seen plenty like this along the bay in San Antonio (Ibiza). The locals build them and then collect change on a mat. Some are very impressive although some are pretty shite.
