n95 wifi problem

Having problems connecting to my router at home , the phone can see it but its not connecting. Any suggestions ?

What security you using on your router have you got mac address filtering on?

Im using TKIP wireless security I dont think Im using mac filtering

just turn all your security settings off for a minute make sure mac filtering is off and see if it connects that way m8.

Which firmware are you using? type *#0000#
I couldn't connect to my netgear router using the old v11 firmware, but it works fine on v12.

Ive got V11.0.026 where would i get V12

Go to the nokia site and download the nokia software updater.

Mines a v12 as well so chris could be onto something.

mine worked fine when it was version 11. Upgraded to v12 when it came out and again no problems what so ever. My netgear modem/router is set to WPA and my N95 connections every time with no problems. Works brilliant with my VOIP account

ok ive switched the security off and its working ive looked at the updater and its saying my version 11 is uptodate
