    Default BMW Boot Badge

last night some c*nt made away with my boot badge on my bmw. could someone please tell me how you refit one? there are two small holes on either side.

    would this do? : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GENUINE-NEW-BM...QQcmdZViewItem

does it need some sort of adhesive to keep it secure or should it just slot in? the small holes will keep it in place? i can't see it doing that. bit lost so any help will be much appreciated. cheers lads.

The originals just clip in but you can get aftermarket adhesive ones.

Some use small sleeves in the holes to keep in place but some use both the locating pins and adhesive tape on them, there also chamfered to fit different models.
I'm sure I've one at work, no idea what it's off but your welcome to it and see if it fits m8, pm me your addy and I'll send you it over gratis.
