Stuntman Ignition fault?

Oh damn im loving this game but ive got to the movie The dark Avenger and everytime the game crashes could anyone tell if your having the same fault at this section please?

yeah with rainbow six i try to play cop op on the underground level dirty disk error everytime so trying a different type of disk

i had this with forza 2 and rainbow six, would give me a dirty disk error everytime same place, tried different disks the lot. I had to redownload them both, thing is i was burning from the same downloaded image, same NZB. maybe the images get corrupt on ur hard drive sometimes?
