Using multiple exposures as done in the 'orton effect' may be deemed to be a bit much for this comp m8. Plus I really want those worms to stay firmly in that can...

Hi bilbo

didn't see your first one. I like a bit of controversy though. However this is a cracker, so the first one must have been good !!

Might have to re-think mine now seeing this lot !!!

Great shot though ! Maybe a bit over sharpened in the top right though !

I've decided to change my entry and go with the "dark" one... Since I cant use Orton, which made my first entry better, this is a far better shot imo.

Should be interesting this month with some good shots popping up...

heres my entry might change it if i get the chance to get out before the weekend.

I went out to aylesford to take pictures of the bridge the and I got some good shots - but the shots all focused on the bridge itself rather the the river.

I then followed the river toward Maidstone past the lock and got some river shots - but none of them really fired my imagination..

This shot was taken very near the aylesford bridge - I choose it because I feel its different.

Might change it - if I get out at the weekend.

Better late than never, here's my attempt this month.. It's a retake of a shot I took for my a level a few years ago. Went back to the site with fresh eye's and a different attitude..



Other than mono conversion in Lightroom and a speck of dust removal in PS it is as is...
