legit hotmail password prob

Im flogging this pc soon and plan to format it before I do.
the problem is I can only get into my hotmail account from this pc by logging into msn messenger because the password is saved.
I remember ages ago I checked it on the hotmail strength thing and it came up yellow so I changed it and I just can't remember it.
I don't want to loose my hotmail addy I've had it since about 1997.

erm, go into ya options and go to security reminder ,change it sumat u know re-format then try to log in, 'forgot password' answer your security question and get a new password
