Backup Outlook 2007 emails

Hi, What ways can i back up mail using outlook 2007:

I know i can use MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool, unfortunetly i cannot download this as the blokes PC has a version of office that wont validate so cant download from MS.

Is there any other software u can recommend or can some one point me in the direction of somewhere i can d/l the backup tool other than MS site please

just do File
IMPORT/EXPORT
EXPORT to a file
PST.
Select all folders and then you should be backup everything in personal folders

Or, you could just search the PC for the .pst file and copy that.

Go to "show hidden folders" under tools in folder options and then drill down to here and save the outlook.pst file

C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Or if he's a numpty you can go file, create new outlook data file and put it somewhere easy to find. Then get him to copy all his emails into that and then burn it to CD or back it up. You can set a rule up to make a duplicate of all his emails in that folder so that its always upto date as well then.
