There is quite a few tut's for gears of war seriously glitch on youtube.

From what I can see its some kind of achievement hack.

checkout 360gamesaves for that stuff

its called profile glitching, basicly you load the game with one persons profile who has the achievement, then halfway through loading you can switch profiles (SPG) and sign in with your account and the achievements unlock when it loads..

ill warn you now, trading logins to gain achievements is a very bad idea..
