re rivington pike

looking at bilbo's photo's of rivington prompted me to open this thread of photo's i have taken up there
i usually go up there photographing the wildlife but heres a couple of the scenery

the pigion tower and mast

I like them cosmica. I keep going back to the herd of cows, don't know why or how but i reckon there could be a really great pic there with a bit of tweaking.

Looks good, its only round the corner from me! Its nice in the spring when the lambs are running around I think they use the view from Rivington for the new greggs advert at the end with the city view being dropped in after? If anything its a top drive up there

Very nice pictures, i must post mine, i took some last night, when it was dark. I went up to rivington and took some pictures of clouds above bolton, and the streetlights illuminating them.


i like the one looking over the reservoirs, i think it would be better if the white flowers werent so prominent,
