files and settings transfer between PCs

ive been handed the task of putting 3 new pcs into my golf club next month.
Im going to be replacing 3 older machines but all the data has to be transferred from them, accounts, stocktacking records, members handicaps, competitions results etc.
does anyone know of any good programs that will do this automatically - cheaper the better, shareware or freeware preferred.

have a look in this thread m8, imaging could be your best option then installing drivers/os/programs on the new pc's and still keep the data, that way you only pay for the upgrade licences
