MP3 Split

Hi
I have a collection of MP3 audio books which are on six cd’s. The problem is each cd has been recorded in one complete file and it should be in two parts. I have tried absolute MP3 splitter which I feel doesn’t make a good job, can anyone please advise me of a good easy to use software to do this and any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I recommend a program called Cool Edit Pro V.2







It allows you to copy, cut and paste part or all of a track into a new track, it is pretty easy to use but if you need any help with it I would be happy to guide you.

Yep this is what you need. It's now under the Adobe banner and called "Audition"

If not something like Sound forge or any sound editing software should be ok.
