Here's my submission for this months competition. Keeping with the theme of Structural Architecture, this is the Runcorn Bridge. Shame, the complete arch is normally lit however its alright I think

Yeah DP, great shot mate... and I don't think the lack of lighting on the supports takes anything away from the shot. It actually helps draw more focus to the road and bridge platform.

I like that one going into the dark. Makes it look evil higher up. Or something like that anyway

Just noticed the competition this month - I keep forgetting about it. While I took this picture on the 16th of this month, I didn't actually take it specifically for the competition, so if that's a breach of the rules please let me know and I'll remove it, or a MOD can remove it if needs be.

Anyway, here is the Wallace Monument at Stirling.

In which case you've probably seen my brothers house, he lives at the foot of the monument to the East. Not sure why we both live near monuments
