Musical Fireworks Championships - Southport 6th October

All shots I took in RAW. The only thing I've done is converted straight to JPG in Lightroom, cropped accordingly and cloned out the lamp post on a few.

Darn that lamp post. However it does look ok on a few of them . Didn't get a brilliant spec but have managed to crop most heads out.

Was a mild breeze which is evident in some of the pics. Overall, I'm very pleased with the result Was getting rather annoyed with people knocking my tripod though. Think I'll get some bright yellow bands to go round the legs !

Think they are all excellent apart from the bike one but that is personal preference.

It is difficult to single one out and say it is better than the rest, as they are
all equally as good as each other and pleasing to the eye.

Indeed Pete, it's a great night. I went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Going again tonight. Gonna get there MUCH earlier.

Ok well, I got a few more tonight. Unfortunately, the smoke was blowing towards us as opposed to last night when it was blowing away, so a lot of the shots got a bit spoiled by the smoke. However, again, a few shots for you.
