Woke up a tad too early this morning, but got up and started making my packed lunch.

Anyway, boxed it up, then went to brush my teeth.

Came back in and discovered I'd left the butter knife in the fridge and the onion relish in the washing up bowl

I once got ready for work on a Saturday morning, left the house and proceeded to drive to work. I actually made it as far as the M25 before it clicked i.e. traffic was unusually light for a weekday morning. I got back home and straight into bed only to find my missus still fast asleep.

What a strange phrase for relieving your morning glory. Not sure how the wife would react to you referring to her as a washing up bowl.

I remember once having a mini freak out when I bought a new car. I got up late and tired one morning, rushing to get to work. Went outside and thought my car had been stolen! I was looking for my old car which I had traded in to get the new one!

It was one of those funny tummy moments!

woke up this morning came down stairs tried using my mobile as a remote for the tv...

my mum had nicked my parking space one night a few weeks ago, so i put my car in a different place. i got a bit confused when my car door wouldnt open the next morning until i looked down and noticed it was the wrong fecking car. must have looked a right tit in front of the neigbours if anybody was watching

i also often wake up and panic that i've slept in by misreading the clock somehow. turned up for my paperround at 5am once because of that, and a few times i'd have an afternoon nap and get woken by something at 7.30pm or whatever and think i was late. glad those days are far behind me now though, dont know how i managed 6am every day at age 14

my current sleep deficiency is repeatedly sleeping in, like if i get up 5 minutes too late for one class at uni i go back to bed for the next one and wake up 5 minutes too late again, and repeat all day until i've missed it completely.

Yeah was just gonna post that lol, and yeah it wasnt sleepy stupid it was plain stupid.

One I can think of, If someone phones me while im asleep in bed I always try to switch the alarm clock off, then start cursing the damn thing cause it wont go off.

Another one from my parents this time. They went to the shops in the car once and a few hours after returning my mother decided to put the car in the garage as it was on the drive. She came back in shocked and said the bloody car's been nicked. She then promply phoned the police who took all the details etc. About half an hour later she said to my dad, did we drive back from the shops or walk?. Then she realised they'd took the car to the shops then walked PAST THE CAR back home. Went to the carpark and there was the car, the only one in the carpark. Had to phone the police again and explain...lol. Funny thing is the police had to drive past the carpark where the car was and still didnt find it.
