6k has to be way too cheap for that.

Being offered as an 53/04 but it's an 04/04

Looks like a manual box to me.

Can't see any S Line badges

Fabia vRS is a very competant car but not in the same league as a 170 A3 S Line.

stu's pretty much got the lot there - that and you put the reg into anywhere and it comes up with a different model. Strangely no response from the person when I asked them about those things...

A top tip when going to buy a VAG TDi - If you have access to VAG-COM take it with you, not only can you do a fault code scan but you can also read the mileage stored on the ECU to cross referance with the Odometer.

If an owner doesn't want to you scan for faults then walk - simple.

If I was selling a car, I probably would be apprehensive about some unknown person fiddling with my car before handing the dough over. I've got some similar software called alfadiag for my 156, only on one occasion, after running diags the car's immob malfunctioned, and wouldn't start for about a day. Basically if I did have the stuff I would take it with me if checking a car out, but I can think of a valid reason for not allowing the check to be done.

not going anywhere near it tbh - had already noticed the no insurance which may point to it being a dealer and that may explain the wrong images, but then why the womans personal email address? still no reply either
