Unfortunately NO, there are no official maps for incar navigation that can be bought here

Hi, welcome to the forums

Unfortunately, you'll find that the GPS/Sat Nav section of the forum was moved in the VIP area - in order to access this wealth (and I sincerely mean wealth) of information you'l have to subscribe to a VIP membership - this can be done from your User Control Panel (User CP). It's �25 for a years subscription (about 35 euros using todays exchange rate)
