live.com email addresses available...

you may or may not know the whole live.com thing that microsoft is doing, putting hotmail + msn messenger etc all under the "Live" branding.

As of today you can know sign up for live.com and live.co.uk email addresses, so if you want to try and nab a decent email address before everyone else on the internet signs up then head over to

www.live.com

and click hotmail > signup

it only opened a short while ago and I tested some short names which still were available

you can visit the link from a US proxy and then you'd be able to get a .com

www.proxy.org

just keep trying different proxies till you land on an American one

i couldnt get any of the fucking proxies to work anyway otherwise id have prolly taken one.

they all just seem to fail on loading the captcha image or take u back to their main page instead of the sign up page.

I did it....but when I send a test to ....@live.com it fails.....@hotmail.com works tho!

Can get live.co.uk or hotmail.com.

But no live.com.

Just by changing the en-gb part of the address, to en-us.

Won't bother with this, cheers anyway. Sign up to Gmail then you can forward to oyur hotmail.
