My Pace 1000 had a heart attack

something has gone wrong with my pace 1000 box, it was working ok untill Sunday night but Monday morning apart from few channels all the rest of are not there when u scroll channels up or down it skips the channels number which were there before, Ieven reboot the box many times but no luck. any body know what has happened
