      Default scrolling

      Prolly somthing daft but if i want to scroll down a page with the down arrow it jumps right to the bottom i have to put cursor onto side bar and use that. Nobody is admitting to changing anything any ideas please i can actually see the cursor flashing?

      IE? Try Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Restore Defaults

      Ok then first of all try start>all programs>mozilla firefox>safe mode.
      i.e. see if problem still occurs within firefox safe mode.
