Help needed for P1ss Up ideas!!

Hi all,
Every year me and my mates go on an all day p1ss up just before xmas and we have a different theme and 'activity' each year. I'm in charge of organising it and this year I'm really struggling for an activity.

The theme is dress related (i.e. look as big a tw@t as possible) so in previous years we've had silly hats, sh1t shirts, grow a Craig David beard and this year is jazzy braces.

The 'activity' is something daft and random which we have to do throughout the day i.e. previously we've had 'Assume the position' where I bought a bag of green plastic soldiers and whenever anyone shouted 'assume the position' we had to get in the pose of our chosen soldier. Last year I wrote down the most popular chart songs and everyone pulled one out. Then throughout the day when that song came on in a pub that person had to dance like a tw*t for the duration of the song with us all stood around clapping.

Can anyone think of a similar activity for this year? It has to be something we can do in a pub without getting kicked out.

But my point is rather than blow your cash on some shite nite out in UK, spend half the cash and have a real good party out here.

At certain stages in the night swap coats (or jazzy braces) and then act like the persons whose coat (or jazzy braces) you are wearing (i.e Just take the piss of each other)
