    Help What kind of switch?

I'm looking for one of these switches to replace a faulty one
can anyone tell me what they're called or link me to one to buy.
I've looked on Maplin's site but can't seem to find them

    Cheers!

What is the pictured circuit board from ? Also has something broken off the top of the switch where the black circle is ? Was it a rotary switch / selector ?
