Last week Ban - This week RROD!

Talk about bad luck! Last week I got banned off live... this week got red lights for the first time! Damn it!

My 360 is about a year and a half old and has been flashed (obviously)... i've already tried taking it back to argos where I got it and they told me to call MS...

Any other suggestions for a quick swap as I dont fancy sending it to MS (as its flashed and i've been banned!) and also i'll have nothing to plan on over xmas!

15 days over xmas is gonna be a killer though isn't it! And what are the chances of M$ rejecting it because it's been flashed? (looks ok cosmetically but the warranty sticker is gone).

Thats mad, mine was banned on Monday afternoon, RROD on Tuesday morning...i didn't want to post, through fear of being ridiculed

Gotta draw the line eventually.... absolutely love the 360 and loved the old 1 more than any Sony product... but this 3RROD is taking this piss... shunt be this common this early.... Wish MS cared more about us early adopters and customers regardless of using modded firmware they still make cash off us ( well me they do - if I love a game I will pay money for it - just dont waste money on games that i first download that are shite )

said this in another post mate, its not your gamertag thats banned it the console. Try logging in to live via a pc, if that works then account is fine, just console thats been done.

Cheers mate but I called in a favour with a mate who works in a unnamed game store and he swapped me for a new one! I'm going legit this time so I can play on live and sleep soundly at night! ;-)
