What about the 10-15% speed increase (for certain things not everything) it reported to give?

If you really want a CD, I can chuck it on a CD for you and post it to you.

All I`ll do is download it, edit the sp2 cd and you`ll have this with a launcher for sp3.

I installed it on our test pc at work. It does seeem to be quicker now. I havent however found any improvements other than this.

Balls installed mine and now cannot boot to xp unless I first go into the bios and then exit. Very random. System restore did not fix it and now has the same problem booting to sp2.

Will try backing up all my files and then reinstalling it but if that not work then will have to reinstall xp.

Might look for a version with sp3 on the dist already...

Anyone else had problems with the install. Seemed to work fine but clealy not.

Well, you can have a lovely white disc, with XP SP3 artistically drawn on it...also the auto launch program makes you think you are still installing SP2...what a shock you get when it does SP3

(I just editted the SP2 disk)
