DI4000-N Talking on movies

Hello All .. Completely new to all this!!

Does anyone know how to stop the audio description talkback on movies. I Just hooked up a Pace DI4000-N to an existing old cable line with *** - got all channels, but have this background talking for the blind on all the channels. Tried to disable with the remote the guy gave me but do not get the option to disable in the Options menu. Tried the services button on the front of the box but that displays the same options!

Any help gratefully received!!
