I'm obviously a newbie. I've read a few of the post already and I don't know very much of the terminology that you guys are using. I'll do my best to not ask any dumb questions, and I hope I will have something to offer this forum in the future.

The main reason I am here is because my wife "decided" to soak my phone in some water. I now have an old phone (LG L1150)I got from my brother and it is locked to cingular. So I am looking for a way to unlock it.

But also I just got a Wii and one of my best friends has one too. He is really good with computers and had done some modifications to his Wii. Hopefully I will figure out what he has done and have something to add in the future.
