'Digital Forum Rules' link incorrect

Hi,

Just trying to re-read the rules page after looking in the 'Convict Cell' forum and infractions etc. I found a link to the rules page underneath the top banner ( 'Digital Forum Rules') but it links to a page detailing the keyboard shortcuts for Smilies.
Is this an incorrect link or a sense of humour? (I think the former)

Just the FAQ THERE
all the links end up on the smiles page the one form the page pointed to from the above link the above, maybe it's the file that's wrong and not the links?

It does seem a bit daft that we welcome people in, ask them to read the rules then criticise them for screwing up when they can't actually see the bloody things!
