Is it just me, or does anyone else think they make the forum not look as "clean" as it did before??

They're beginning to annoy me now....

I voted who gives a fuck. Of course it won't look the same but they're not too intrusive, I've seen worse where there's a big auto reply full of adverts.

I see it as a neccessary event to keep DF going.

Its gotta cost a shitload for servers/bandwidth etc & if this helps lighten the load I`m all for it.

Within a week they'll be like wallpaper, you just won't notice them. Plus, 30 seconds out of your day to click on a banner will soon become second nature, and you'll notice that even less than the Chris Moyles pic.

I just liked the nice, clean look of the forum, and I just think it ruins it, but ah well....such is life!

Well the other alternative might be to all of you stick in donations

I don't like them, but because of positioning rather than anything else and I understand why they are needed.

they could always go at the bottom of the forum, but people would need to click on them.
