Dual Cable Router

Hello,

Question I know a few of you have 2x cable feeds

I'm looking to-do this when I get my flat, but I don't know where to get a dual router from for VM cable. Id rather not use a old PC with 2x nics and wingate cause my electric bill will be slightly higher... im young n tight.

Any help much appreciated

You can get dual wan routers on the likes of ebay mate, but two things:
Steer well clear of the cheap ones, they're shite.. you get what you pay for and secondly, if you're looking to get one for a cloned modem, I would perhaps wait a while and see how VM pan out with their current attacks on modems etc.

the extra cost will far outweigh the cost of running an extra pc ffs! you won't exactly need a big power supply
Cost of router will be high since they are normally used for commercial applications ie: load balancing, and the running costs?

You can get quads as well but take into account if you downloading from newsgroups you will need more newsgroup accounts as you will have a different 1 ip per modem.

Dads pays for 20mb, and im getting 20mb [paid] so surely it be alll legit
