CCcam not seeing a legit card in the slot (itgate box)

I have an ITGate (black pearl) and am trying to get it working with my proper $ky card, but it does not think that there is a card in the slot with CCcam... gb0x works fine, but CCcam just doesnt clear anything. I would rather use CCcam than gb0x if I can get it working, but this is so frustrating...

In the CCcam web interface I get the following under entitlements:

card reader /dev/sci0
no or unknown card inserted

card reader /dev/sci1
no or unknown card inserted


I know the card can be seen by the box as gb0x works when I switch CAM to that.

Any ideas?

I think it might be that CCcamd can not actually read my card (NDS - UK $ky card) and I need to use newcs - can anyone confirm?

If this is the case... I would want to use newcs on my box as I dont have a linux pc as a cardserver - what lines would I need to edit in the CCcam.cfg and in any other file to get this working?

CCcam works fine 99% of the time with an NDS card dependent on the version running. 2.0.4 works fine with an NDS card, it even updates it

I've had the same problem with my Technomate TM9100 which apparently is a copy of the Itgate 100 or the otherway round (i'm sure i read it somewhere). What image are you using mate.

To get my 9100 to read anything i have had to download the CCcam config files from the blue button (Under UR-11 image) Works fine after that
