Someone had to open the can of worms...

IMHO, The albums, for me rate in this order:

    1. The Battle of LA

Tracks such as Calm like a Bomb, Born of a Broken Man, Guerilla Radio and Born as Ghosts realy get my blood pumping.

    2. RATM

Obvious tracks such as Killing in the Name, Bombtrack (my personal fave), Freedom, Wake Up, Bullet in the Head are awesome. However, I find Killing in the Name a little tiresome after a while, but its great for a random Rage fix from time to time.

    3. Renegades

Brilliant cover album. I love Maggies Farm, and The Ghost of Tom Joad...although the rest of the album is fine, along with the Cypress Hill cover, How I could just Kill a Man. There was actually a live bonus track with Cypress and Rage performing this live...great stuff.

    4. Evil Empire.

Weakest of the four.Bulls on Parade was OK, as was Vietnow and Down Rodeo...but to be honest I have not a lot of time for this CD. I`ve only listened to it a handful of times.

Keep an eye out for the Live and Rare cd. The Darkness (of greed) track is immense. This was, I think, featured on the soundtrack of "The Crow"...actually, that soundtrack i fine too. Other hightlights from Live and Rare are Zapatas Blood, Fuck Tha Police and Hadda be Playing on the Jukebox.

This is my personal view on Rage. This is the pick of the bunch that suits me so please dont have a go...

Try and grab the Battle Of Mexico City on DVD or the Live and Rare DVD...amazing.

Ganty...you muff...I went through my cupboard the other day and found an envelope marked Daniel Gant...a bunch of Cigars...grrr!!

Nice one mate good synopsis. I really like Know Your Enemy from the RATM album not least because the guitar solo at the end is fucking glorious
