Nuts TV to launch on digital satellite

Turner Broadcasting System has confirmed that Nuts TV will launch on digital satellite next week.

The channel will be accessible via the Sky EPG starting on January 21 but no number has yet been allocated to it. It will broadcast on satellite from 19:00 to 03:00 each night, slightly longer than its 21:00-01:00 window on Freeview.

Dee Forbes, senior vice president and general manager of TBS UK said: "This move enables us to reach a wider demographic and increase the media outlets where Nuts TV is available. Our aim is to reach the biggest male audience possible and harness all media that's key to our audience, be it linear or non-linear. We will continue to seek further opportunities to complement our multiplatform strategy."

Wahoo. I reckon, since this post then, Nuts TV's ratings went through the roof!

I havent seen it myself, but now am intrigued.

Should I be glad it's not available on Cable yet!? LOL
