How to slipstream apps into XP install

Hey

I`m trying to setup an XP install CD/DVD that is unattended, will feature a company logo and also integrate a few apps. I`m struggling. I`ve so far used nlite but it doesnt enjoy the apps that I want to install (Nero7, Spybot, Openoffice and a few others).

Does anyone know how to acheive this?

Answers on a postcard please addressed to me...may even donate some cash if someone is very helpful.
