My old man was told to lose weight by the Doctor, he went to the Cambridge diet and lost a stone a month for 6 months, has now lost 8 stone in total from 23 to 15 stone.
He is well happy with his efforts. Says its the best thing hes ever done, so keep up the good work, I'm sure you'll be glad you did it & find it worth the effort.

Top stuff Rap - keep it up, as someone said the weight loss will slow at some point.
You`ll lose the most to start with cos obviously you have more to lose.

I know a few people who have tried WW and its worked for all of them until they started to let what they were eating slip - that`s not a fault of WW tho!

Keep it up and I`m sure you`ll feel like a new man for the wedding, just prepare the missus for all the new energy you`ll have over the honeymoon period

    Best wishes mate!
