    Default ESET Smart Security

I usually only have NOD32 Anti Virus installed but i recently did a fresh install and decided to flop this little package in, Ever since i have im having trouble with a couple of things........... The first is that if i load up uTorrent and try to download something it says that the ports isnt forwarded properly and wvwn ehen i do it doesnt work. The only way to sort it is to allow UPNP which isnt recommended.

The second is the same really, Whenever i try to use my xbox i have to enable it

Does anyone know how to allow an application through ESET's Firewall at all? Ive looked through all the settings and ive googled it in various forms but with no luck.......... Any help greatly appreciated

choose advanced firewall setup from the personal firewall menu, click on rules and zones then use the zone and rule editor to create a new rule for any applicationyou like, you can allow whatever protocol and port range you require from there

    hope this helps
