type about : plugins(without spaces) in the adress bar and it'lll show you what plugins you have, as for add-ons i dont use any anymore.. used to use weather bug and fasterfox but to be honest fasterfox didn't feel it made any difference!

flashblock
adblock plus
autoslideshow
both blockers just speed things up and also stop me from having to see all the ads that you just never want to see and autoslideshow lets me view all my photos without having to click on each photo link. I have a few other add ons but i don't use them much so will probably uninstall them

I have now got User Agent Switcher as well after reading this thread and with the wmlbrowser I can now surf closer to how my phone would, allowing me to download content for my phone I was unable to before (saves on rip off phone download charges)
