Thompson box says no updates - CITV says update to find?

Got a Thompson settop box, noticed the other day (when looking at the giude) Citv times were a bit funny. I did not leave the page long enough to tell me the news.

I just checked as it said (time waise) broadcast was 18:00 - 06:00, when the page came up it said OOOOPS rescan now to get citv.

Rescanned but the box says no updates available? Re checked channels as well.

I need my saturday cartoons, any ideas? Cheers.....Q

Despite all the suggestions here i felt i needed to take it back.Guy was very helpful, sometimes it can be just locked out for a funny reason. We went through a factory reset, took ages but good to go now.

I was told these thompson boxes often suffer silly minor problems liek this and reconmended a different one.

Problme is i have Digital Adudio out, he was nto aware of any others that had this. Are there any? I seem to suffer with this box but do like the fact it goes into my surreound amp witht he coax. Woudl liek to keep this feature.
