How many drug cheats are allowed to compete again?

Answer = Loads

so why are they picking on him? Just cause he spoke out about drug abuse, gets him all the bad press.

If Christine Ohuruogu is allowed to compete, so should be Chambers.

Either you ban all athletes that are tarnished with drug abuse allegations and say no second chances or you let everyone have a second chance.
