Box rebooting

Hi Guys been through the stickies but unable to find out why ma box keeps rebooting tried various images flashing via IFA as unable to connect FTP even after checking ip's and all that stuff. Every thing else works but on the box but just keeps rebooting into standby. Any ideas guys??
when flashing I get the following

and the verification says only 71% at the end ;/
